Return And Refund Policy

Abhaa Herbals LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Return Policy.

1. CANCELLATION
   If you cancel your order before it gets shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If you want to cancel an order after shipping, you have to wait till the packet reaches you. Once the order gets delivered, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs.
2. RETURN
   The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same with bindumatra. If a replacement is not possible, you can go for refund.
3. REFUND Money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Customers who used our digital payment gateway can request refund through this mode.Once you request cancellation or return products, Abhaa Herbals LLP will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund within 3 days, depending on your refund preference.
